Hi, I'm Jingjing.

I am passionate about making learning engaging and impactful.

As an instructional designer, my design philosophy is grounded in the learning sciences, which emphasizes the importance of designing learning experiences that are effective, engaging, and accessible to all learners. I believe that learning should be an active and dynamic process, and that effective instructional design should be responsive to the needs, interests, and backgrounds of learners.

At the heart of my design philosophy is empathy. I believe that empathy is essential to effective instructional design, as it allows designers to put themselves in the shoes of learners and to understand their unique perspectives, challenges, and learning styles. By cultivating empathy, designers can create learning experiences that are not only effective, but also engaging and meaningful for learners.

My approach to instructional design is informed by my own experiences as a learner. As someone who has struggled with learning challenges and has also been fortunate enough to have had many enriching learning experiences, I understand the importance of creating inclusive learning environments that support all learners. Whether designing e-learning courses, instructor-led training programs, or blended learning experiences, I strive to create learning experiences that are accessible, engaging, and transformative for all learners.

Overall, my goal as an instructional designer is to create learning experiences that inspire, challenge, and empower learners. By grounding my design philosophy in the learning sciences and prioritizing empathy in my design approach, I aim to create learning experiences that are not only effective, but also foster a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
